Choosing the right material and what quality level to expect from stock and custom items.
How do I choose between metal, acrylic, wood, and plastic for my display?
Match the material to the usage. Metal is the choice for heavy-duty, high-impulse applications; acrylic gives a premium, crystal-clear look; wood adds warmth and a natural feel; and plastic delivers the most cost-efficient solution when you are ordering in volume. Send us the product type, weight and store environment and we will confirm the right material before quoting.
Which material is best: ABS, PET or PVC for shelf pushers?
For shelf pushers specifically, PET is the most cost-effective choice for general use, ABS offers the highest durability and rigidity, and PVC is rarely recommended because of environmental and durability concerns. If your application involves food contact or low-temperature environments, flag it during specification so the right grade is selected.
What materials do you commonly use for display products, and are they environmentally friendly?

What is a shelf pusher system and how does it work?
A shelf pusher system is a spring-loaded retail display device that automatically advances products to the front of the shelf as customers remove them. It keeps facings full, improves product visibility and supports tidy, modular shelf layouts without daily manual facing.
How do I choose the right shelf pusher for my product size and weight?
Match your product's dimensions, weight and packaging type to three pusher parameters: track width, track depth and spring tension. Correct matching gives stable, smooth feeding without jams or over-thrust — when in doubt, send us the product specification and we will select the pusher for you.
What spring tension should I use? (2N, 4N, 6N, 10N, 15N guide)
Select spring tension by product weight. Use 2–4N for lightweight items, 6–10N for medium-weight goods, and 10–15N for heavy bottled products. The right tension keeps product feeding reliably while protecting packaging from deformation.
Can I customize the color and branding of my shelf pushers?

They support height adjustment (track spacing can be fine-tuned by 3-5cm) and are equipped with replaceable baffles to adapt to different bottle diameters. Tested to be compatible with over 95% of red wine bottle specifications, ensuring neat display without tilting.
