VIGO DISPLAY is a retail-first manufacturer. Since 2011, we have designed and produced over 50 million display units for retailers, supermarkets, and brands in 120+ countries — from shelf-edge data strips to fully customized promotional structures. Our 6,000 m² factory runs dedicated production lines for metal, acrylic, wood, and plastic, supported by CNC cutting, laser engraving, and automated assembly.

From 30 m² to 6,000 m² — The Story Behind Our Retail Display Factory
In 2010, Jerry Sheng kept seeing great products undermined by forgettable displays — fixtures treated as a commodity, ordered from the cheapest bidder. In 2011, he quit his job, rented a 30 m² workshop in Hangzhou, and founded Hangzhou Jepar Display Products Co., Ltd. with a team of three. From day one, VIGO DISPLAY focused on retail reality: millimeter-precise shelf fits, shipment-proof packaging, and displays a single person could set up. The breakthrough came in 2013 when Wumart Group standardized shelf displays across East China. VIGO DISPLAY didn't win on price — Jerry's team had visited Wumart stores, measured shelf depths, and delivered fixtures that fit perfectly across hundreds of locations.That philosophy — design for the real store, not the catalog — became VIGO DISPLAY's DNA. Metro AG followed in 2014, B&Q in 2019. By 2024, VIGO DISPLAY signed an exclusive agreement with SLOUM, the world's largest ESL provider. Today, from a 6,000 m² factory, VIGO DISPLAY ships to 120+ countries — yet Jerry still reviews major proposals himself. The numbers have grown; the standard hasn't changed: every display must make the product look better, the shelf work harder, and the store run easier.
