If we need to modify the design after confirming the sample, what is the process and additional cost
We will evaluate your design modification demands after sample confirmation, confirm the modification cost and adjusted sample lead time in writing, then implement minor or major modifications accordingly.
The process for design modification after sample confirmation is simple and customer-centric. First, please provide us with your detailed modification requirements, such as specific size adjustments, material replacements (e.g., from acrylic to metal), or functional upgrades.
Upon receiving your request, our experienced R&D and engineering team will conduct a comprehensive evaluation. We will analyze how the proposed changes impact the production process, tooling requirements, and overall cost structure. This thorough assessment typically takes 1–2 working days.
For minor modifications (such as small size adjustments), there is usually no additional modification cost, but the sample lead time may be extended by 2–3 working days. For major modifications (such as a complete structural redesign), a small modification fee will apply, and the sample lead time will be extended by 3–5 working days.
To ensure full transparency, we will confirm any additional costs and revised timelines with you in writing (via email or formal quotation) before proceeding with the modification.
