Can we arrange a factory audit or third-party inspection before ordering?

A:Yes. Audits and inspections are welcome and are usually arranged in two forms: your own team or a hired auditor visiting the factory, and a third-party pre-shipment inspection before the container is sealed.

What we arrange and provide

Factory visit scheduling — production floor, material stores and QC area, with a technical contact present.
Access for your nominated third-party inspector, including sampling access before, during and after production.
Quality documentation for the order — inspection record and, where applicable, material compliance certificates.
Container loading photos and a sealed container number before shipment leaves.

Timing that makes an inspection useful

Book the pre-shipment inspection for the day packing finishes, before the container is loaded. Inspections done after loading can only report what has already shipped, which is far more expensive to correct.
