How do you protect our designs, drawings and brand assets before we share them?

A:Confidentiality is agreed before files move, not after. We sign a mutual NDA on request, limit access to the named project team, and treat custom tooling, printed artwork and customer designs as belonging to the buyer.

How we handle your material

Mutual NDA signed before we receive drawings, artwork or samples — we can work to your template or ours.
Access limited to the engineers, sales contact and production staff working on your project.
Custom moulds and tooling are used only for your orders; we do not resell or offer them to other buyers.
Customer-specific artwork, dies and screens are stored separately and not reused.

Decide early who owns tooling

For custom tooling, agree up front who owns the mould, where it is stored and whether it can be transferred. Tooling ownership is simple to record at the start of a project and awkward to resolve later if a relationship changes.
