The fast-track path
- 1Day 0 — you send the target in-store date and the non-negotiable items; we confirm feasibility the same working day.
- 2Sampling is compressed or, where the design allows, replaced by a digital approval plus a single pre-production unit.
- 3Production is scheduled with a named production slot rather than a queue position.
- 4Shipping mode is chosen from the date: sea if it clears, air or expedited rail if it does not.

A rush order cannot fix an unapproved design. If the artwork, colour or dimensions are still moving, the fastest option is usually to ship approved stock items now for the opening and add the custom units in a second wave — we will say so if that is the better route.
