Below are details of our sample service, designed to ensure a transparent and efficient sample process, laying a solid foundation for mutual cooperation.

Types of Samples

Standard Samples

Refers to our regularly produced standardized products (such as universal shelf label holders, metal sign stands, acrylic display stands, etc.), which can be provided directly from existing inventory to intuitively show basic product quality and specifications.

Customized Samples

Samples customized according to client-provided drawings, design requirements, or brand elements (such as promotional props with specific LOGOs, display accessories with personalized sizes, etc.), requiring separate mold opening or production process adjustment.

Sample Fee Policy

Standard Samples

  • Fee: A single standard sample charges a sample fee ranging from USD 1-100 (depending on product material and specifications). Multiple samples can be applied for in combination, with a total quantity not exceeding 5 pieces.
  • Refund Policy: If the subsequent bulk order amount reaches USD 5,000 or more, the sample fee can be fully deducted from the payment.​

Customized Samples

  • Fee: Includes sample production fee and mold fee (if needed). The specific amount is quoted after evaluation based on customization complexity, material cost, and process difficulty, and takes effect after mutual confirmation.
  • Refund Policy: If the subsequent bulk order reaches the agreed minimum order quantity (usually 50000 pieces or more), both the mold cost and the sample production fee can be partially or fully deducted according to the order amount ratio (specifically negotiated and confirmed).

Production Cycle

Standard samples are usually shipped within 1-3 working days; customized samples take 5-15 working days according to complexity (excluding logistics time).​

Logistics Method

Default to international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, or UPS. Clients can specify the logistics method, and freight is borne by the client (optional collect or prepayment).​

Tracking Service

A logistics tracking number is provided after the sample is shipped, and clients can track the logistics status in real-time through the official website or courier platform.

Sample Confirmation and Feedback

Sample Feedback

After receiving the sample, clients are requested to complete inspection within 7 working days and provide written feedback (such as whether size, material, and craftsmanship meet requirements, whether adjustments are needed, etc.).

Sample Revision

If modifications to the sample are required, after negotiating the modification plan and additional fees, we will arrange a second sampling, following the first customized sample policy.

Production Standard

After the sample is confirmed to be correct, it can be directly used as the standard for bulk production to ensure that the mass production quality is consistent with the sample.

Sample Usage & Related Terms

  • Samples are only for quality inspection and order confirmation, and shall not be used for commercial sales or secondary processing without permission.
  • The design scheme and intellectual property rights of customized samples belong to the client, and we promise to strictly keep them confidential and not disclose or reuse them to third parties
  • For sample rework caused by inaccurate information provided by clients or demand changes, relevant fees shall be paid separately.

Both parties confirm sample type, specification, quantity, and fee.​

Step 3

Pay Required Fees

Client pays the sample fee and freight (if needed). Multiple convenient payment methods available, with prompt confirmation.

Step 4

Produce & Ship Samples

We arrange sample production and shipment, and provide real-time logistics tracking for transparent updates.

Step 5

Confirm & Place Bulk Order

Client receives the sample, provides feedback, and proceeds with bulk orders after confirmation.
